Refund Policy

In case you need to cancel your registration, you can do so until July 2nd. Cancellation requests made until this date will be eligible for a full refund minus the banking fees. If the registration is covering a paper included in the proceedings then a $420 paper submission fee will be deducted from the refund.

Registration Benefits

Regular registrations provide the following benefits:

  • Access to all technical program activities with the exception of the tutorials, which have a separate fee.
  • Access to all social program activities, including one reception and one gala dinner ticket.
  • Access to lunch and coffee-break refreshments
  • Coverage for up to 2 papers. Cost for extra paper submissions is $420.
  • 18 months of ISIF membership.

Student registrations provide all the benefits of regular registrations, but cover only one paper submission. Cost for extra paper submissions is $420.
