The Grand Hyatt Washington is a flagship hotel centrally located in the trendy Penn Quarter near popular local attractions. At walking distance from the National Mall and with a convenient internal access to the Metro Center station, the hotel is an ideal choice for Fusion 2015 attendees. Local attendees will have easy access via the metro system and visitors will enjoy privileged access to the city’s major attractions. The facility includes top-notch room and suites, five restaurant and bars, an indoor swimming pool, and a host of world-class services and amenities.
Among the attractions that are within walking distance from the hotel are the White House, the U.S. Capitol Building, the Eastern Market, Georgetown, various historic monuments (e.g. Lincoln memorial, Washington monument, FDR memorial), the International Spy Museum, the Newseum, the Museum of Crime & Punishment, and the Smithsonian Institution museums at the Washington Mall (e.g. Museum of Natural History, Airspace Museum, and many others). Regarding the facilities, all Fusion 2015 technical activities will be held at the Independence level, which will be exclusively devoted to the Fusion conference.

Registration
Fusion 2015 attendees will enjoy a discounted price with the following guest room rates:
- Single Occupancy: $215.00
- Double Occupancy: $215.00
- Triple Occupancy: $215.00
- Quadruple Occupancy: $215.00
- Grand Club: $60.00 additional, per room, per night, based upon availability
- Business Plan: $35.00, additional, per room, per night, based upon availability

The conference rates above are guaranteed only until the cut-off date of Friday, June 12, 2015. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the Hotel’s prevailing rates.
Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (currently 14.5% in D.C.) or applicable service, or hotel specific fees in effect at the Hotel at the time of the conference.
Hotel Policies
Check-In Time
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Room assignments prior to that time are on an “as available” basis.
Check-out Time
Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Video check-out is available from the television screens in all guest rooms from 6 a.m.–1 p.m. for your convenience.
Cancellation of Reservations
Reservations for Fusion 2015 can be cancelled at no charge if made up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours out will be charged a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax.
Early Departure Fee
An early departure fee of one (1) nights room and tax will be assessed to any guest who departs prior to the date confirmed at check-in. The fee will be automatically posted to the guest folio, on or after departure. This fee will be waived only with 24-hour advance notice from departure date. Emergency and other special circumstance situations will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
